To find your Dayuse booking,
check the confirmation email you received immediately after booking. It contains all the necessary information (confirmation number, time, hotel address, cancellation link).
If you have a Dayuse account, log in to your personal space (website or mobile app). Your booking is listed under the My bookings section.
When you make a booking without being logged into your account but using the same information associated with your account (email address and/or phone number), this booking will not appear in your account booking history.
Instead, click on the following link: https://www.dayuse.com/booking/cancel
Also note that when making a booking by calling our customer service, this booking cannot be linked to any customer account.
If you're having trouble, check your spam. If you haven't received an email, contact Dayuse customer service. The advisors can find your file using your name, date of stay or booked hotel.
Your booking is always securely recorded in our system.
