You can cancel your Dayuse reservation free of charge, as long as the hotel's terms and conditions allow it.
To do so:
Click on the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or go to your Dayuse account (under “My Reservations”).
Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your reservation included an online payment, the refund will be automatic within 3 to 5 business days.

Most partner hotels allow cancellations up to two hours before the scheduled arrival time, free of charge. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the reservation is considered due according to the conditions set by the hotel.
In the event of a no-show, any payments already made are non-refundable (booking fees, etc.).
Changes (to the time, date, or room type) are subject to availability at the establishment. If this is not technically possible, we recommend canceling the existing reservation and making a new one.
If you have booked with a promo code or gift voucher, specific conditions may apply. In addition, some benefits are non-transferable.
In the case of “non-cancellable” offers (indicated on the hotel page), the reservation cannot be refunded except in exceptional cases (force majeure, technical error).
