We ensure that each review comes from a real booking or an authenticated user. Reviews go through moderation to remove: offensive remarks, personal information, off-topic content, links or advertisements. We do not edit the substance of a review.
We may remove a review if:
it breaks the law (defamation, insult, incitement to hatred),
it contains personal data.
