The check-in and check-out times vary depending on the offers chosen. The earliest check-in time and the latest check-out time are indicated on each hotel's page and cannot be changed. Your room or experience will not be available before this check-in time and you must vacate it before the maximum check-out time.
The check-in time you provided when booking is only indicative, you are free to arrive at the hotel earlier or later while respecting the time slot indicated in our offer. Your room is held for you until the end of the slot, however, we recommend notifying the hotel if you have a late arrival to keep your reservation.
For late bookings (after 3pm), a check-in time will be required at the time of booking. You will have a one-hour window to arrive. Beyond that, the hotel reserves the right to release the room.
In case of late arrival, it is strongly recommended to call the hotel.
